What are the shipping and return costs?
Shipping costs are €0: absolutely nothing, zilch, nada! And if you need to return something for any reason, you can, no questions asked, and you'll get a full refund. We'll split the return costs evenly.
Will I have them tomorrow if I order now?
If you place your order before 11:45 PM, there's a good chance you'll receive it tomorrow! We ship with PostNL (including Track & Trace), and in 97% of cases, your package will arrive tomorrow.
Are the knives really that sharp?
Absolutely! Check out our social media profiles to see them in action. Prefer to try them yourself? Feel free to order them and try them out at home. Not satisfied? You can return them within 30 days, even if you've already used them extensively.
Do you only sell knife sets?
Yes, and that will remain the case. The range will not be expanded any further. Cutting boards, knife sharpeners, and other kitchenware are readily available. That's why we're 100% focused on constantly improving our truly sharp knives.
