Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
As we sell kitchen knives, we understand that you may want to inspect, hold, and possibly try out the knife. Therefore, an item can be returned even if it has been used, as long as it constitutes normal private use.
Normal use includes, for example, carefully testing the knife in regular kitchen use. Damage due to incorrect or careless use is not covered. This includes, among other things, damage from throwing, dropping, prying, chopping hard materials, willful damage, incorrect maintenance, or frequent use in a professional kitchen.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned clean, complete, and securely packaged. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the return was approved. If approved, the full purchase amount will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there is an error on our part, for example, if you received a wrong or damaged item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for items damaged by incorrect use, careless use, willful damage, incorrect maintenance, or frequent use in a professional or commercial kitchen.
Furthermore, kitchen knives must be returned clean and securely packaged. Returns received dirty, unsafely packaged, or incomplete may be refused or lead to a reduction in the refund amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14 day cooling off period for EU customers
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.
In this case as well, the item must be returned clean, complete, and securely packaged. In case of damage or depreciation due to use beyond what is necessary to assess the item, we may charge a reasonable depreciation.
