Shipping Policy
We partner with Montapacking to ship your order as quickly as possible. Thanks to automated sorting, in 96% of cases, orders placed before 11:45 PM can still be included in the next morning's shipment. PostNL picks up packages early in the morning, meaning they are usually on their way the same day. For orders under €25, we charge €4.95 for shipping. Shipping is free for orders €25 and over, which means knife sets are always shipped for free.

Track & Trace unclear or delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived a day later and the Track & Trace information is unclear, please email us at hak@hakketjak.nl. We'd be happy to assist you.

Busy periods
Around Black Friday and Christmas, PostNL may experience higher volumes, which could lead to longer delivery times. We therefore recommend ordering a bit earlier during these periods.

Gift and delay?
If your package is delayed, but it was intended as a gift? Please email us at hak@hakketjak.nl. We would be happy to send you a gift voucher template that you can give in the meantime.
