Shipping Policy
We partner with Montapacking to ship your order as quickly as possible. Thanks to automatic sorting, orders placed before 11:45 PM can be shipped the next morning in 96% of cases . PostNL collects the packages early in the morning, so they're usually shipped the same day.

Track & Trace unclear or delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived the next day and the Track & Trace information is unclear, please email us at hak@hakketjak.nl ; we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Busy periods
PostNL can be busier around Black Friday and Christmas , and deliveries may take longer. So, it's best to order a little earlier during that period.
